Second Brain as a Service

A Company Brain or Home Brain on your network — dedicated on-prem hardware, local AI inference, and localized workflows (studios and scheduled jobs) built for how you actually work. Platform install from ~$3,360 plus use-case configuration scoped in discovery.

What you get

Every engagement has two layers: a fixed on-prem platform every customer shares, and a scoped catalog of localized AI workflows unique to your site — whether that is a shop, office, or home.

Platform install (fixed)

  • Dedicated brain box on your LAN — Company Brain (business) or Home Brain (residential); hardware, OS, and wired network handoff
  • Postgres as operational memory; API and web UI for people on your network
  • Local LLM inference (7B-class) — prompts and data stay on the box
  • Luckee Core foundation — Lead + Customer for shops; home workflows scoped in discovery
  • Up to ~5 browsers on your LAN — no per-seat cloud brain

Use-case layer (scoped)

  • Studios — short, fact-backed AI exchanges in bounded context (time entry, lead research, tickets, …)
  • AIPs — scheduled jobs that read Postgres, run local AI when needed, and write results back (digests, batch categorize, …)
  • Typical engagements enable ~10 workflows — yours may be fewer or more
  • No whole-house or whole-business chat — segmented workflows by design
  • Priced on what we enable in discovery, not headcount

How it works

  1. 1

    Discovery & workflow audit

Map how work actually flows — shop ops, home projects, documents, household systems — and agree which studios and scheduled jobs belong on the box.

  2. 2

Brain box & Luckee Core install

Provision on-prem hardware, Postgres, API, web UI, and local LLM (Ollama). Smoke test on your LAN.

  3. 3

    Studio & AIP enablement

Configure your use-case catalog: segmented studios for daily use and scheduled AI processes (AIPs) for batch and reporting.

  4. 4

    Training, handoff & optional maintenance

Hands-on adoption for owners, staff, or household users. Optional annual maintenance for updates and health checks — discussed in discovery, not required monthly.

Example localized workflows

Typical engagements enable roughly ten workflows — a mix of interactive studios and scheduled AIPs. Yours will be scoped in discovery; this is not an exhaustive catalog.

Studios (interactive)

  • Lead contact research and outreach prep (shop)
  • Customer time entry from natural language (shop)
  • Ticket studio for support-style workflows
  • Website crawl → extract people from pages
  • Home office notes and document Q&A (home)

AIPs (scheduled / batch)

  • AI cost week digest (rollup of local model usage)
  • Summarizer for recent activity
  • Lead auto-categorize batch
  • Fact extraction and reconciliation within a studio domain
  • Scheduled research or digest jobs off peak hours

Pricing

Line 1 — Platform install

From ~$3,360

Brain box hardware, Postgres, application stack, local LLM, Luckee Core foundation, LAN smoke test, and technician handoff — Company Brain (shop/office) or Home Brain (residential). Every engagement includes this platform.

Line 2 — Use-case configuration

Scoped in discovery

Studios and scheduled AIPs enabled for your workflows — priced on what we configure, not per seat. Each contract is unique.

Optional annual maintenance (updates, health checks, model guidance) is available after handoff — not a required monthly minimum. Typical range; final scope confirmed after a discovery conversation.

Effort & prerequisites

What to prepare

  • A decision-maker and day-to-day owner for workflows, content, and who adopts the system
  • Someone who can speak to network, power, and physical space for the brain box (shop back office, home office, or utility area)
  • A rough list of workflows you want localized (leads, customers, home projects, documents, reports, etc.)

Not a fit if…

  • You need a 100% cloud-only solution with no on-site hardware
  • You cannot host a dedicated machine on your network or allow required access for install and support
  • You want one open-ended chat for the whole household or business instead of scoped workflows
  • You only need strategy — start with a 90-minute session instead

FAQ

What does it cost?
Two parts: (1) platform install — brain box, Luckee Core stack, local AI, LAN handoff — from ~$3,360; (2) use-case configuration — studios and scheduled jobs for your workflows — scoped after discovery and priced on what you enable, not headcount. Optional annual maintenance available; no required monthly minimum. Typical range; final scope confirmed after a discovery conversation.
What is included in the platform vs use cases?
The platform is the physical brain box plus Postgres, application stack, web access on your LAN, and local LLM inference — the foundation every engagement shares. Use cases are the specific studios and scheduled jobs we configure for your site (for example lead research and customer time entry at a shop, or document digests and personal workflows at home).
Company Brain vs Home Brain?
Same platform stack — hardware, Postgres, local LLM, segmented studios. A Company Brain lives at a business (shop, office, back office on your LAN). A Home Brain lives on your residential network (home office, utility closet, or dedicated shelf). What differs is the workflow catalog we enable in discovery, not the core install model.
What is an AIP?
An AI process — a scheduled or triggered job that reads your data on the box, may call the local model, and writes results back to Postgres (for example a weekly cost digest or batch categorization). Studios are the interactive, short exchanges people use during the day.
Do we need cloud APIs?
No for the core product. Inference runs locally on your brain box. Optional cloud bridges are only scoped explicitly if you ask for them.
How long until we are live?
Depends on hardware lead time and site readiness — often several weeks from kickoff to a first on-prem cut you can try with real workflows.
Where does our data live?
On your brain box — Postgres and models on your network. Browsers on your LAN talk to the device; your operational memory does not default to a multi-tenant SaaS backend.
